1. How do I place a custom order?

  1. Select your preferred figure type on the product page.

  2. Upload your photo(s) and enter any personalization details (name, outfit, theme).

  3. Review our on‑screen guidance to ensure optimal image quality.

  4. Add to cart and complete checkout—your custom design goes into production within 3–7 business days.


2. Can I preview my figure before it’s made?

Yes! We offer digital mockups upon request. After placing your order, reply to your confirmation email with “Preview Request,” and our design team will send you a draft within 1–2 business days. Production begins once you approve the mockup.


3. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Production Time: 3–7 business days for custom figures; 1–2 business days for ready‑made items.

  • Shipping Time: 5–10 business days (USA), 7–14 business days (Canada & Europe), 10–20 business days (other regions).
    Total lead time can range from 8 to 27 business days depending on location and service selected.


4. Can I change or cancel my order?

  • Modifications/Cancellations: Allowed within 12 hours of purchase. Email us immediately with your order number and requested changes. After 12 hours, orders typically enter production and cannot be altered.


5. What materials do you use?

We use high-grade ABS plastic compatible with major brick brands, printed with non-toxic, fade‑resistant ink to ensure durability and vibrant colors.


6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.


7. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Orders over $70 USD qualify for free standard US shipping. International shipping fees and any applicable customs charges are additional.


8. What is your refund policy?

Because each figure is custom‑made, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or errors in submitted details. We will, however, provide a full refund or replacement if your item arrives defective, damaged in transit, or contains an error on our part. 9. Can I place a bulk or corporate order?

Absolutely! For orders of 10+ figures, special themes, or branded corporate mascots, please contact our team at service@brickmoments.com with your requirements. We offer volume discounts and dedicated support.
