Shipping and Delivery

1. Order Processing

  • Custom Orders: Production time 3–7 business days.

  • Ready‑Made Items: Processing time 1–2 business days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order enters the fulfillment stage, including an estimated ship date.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard US Shipping on orders over $70 USD.

  • International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Order Tracking

  1. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website.

  2. You can monitor your package’s status in real time.

  3. If you don’t receive tracking information within 7 days of order confirmation, please email us at service@brickmoments.com.

5. Address Changes & Delivery Issues

  • To modify your shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • After 12 hours, orders are typically in production or with the carrier, and address changes may not be possible.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country.

  • These fees are not included in our shipping charges and must be paid by the recipient.

  • We recommend contacting your local customs office for estimates before placing an order.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Packages: If your package does not arrive within the estimated transit time, contact us with your order number and any available tracking info. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement if appropriate.

  • Damaged Items: Inspect your package upon arrival. If you receive a damaged item, take photos of the packaging and the product, then email them to service@brickmoments.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost if the damage is confirmed.
